Dr. Kusi is an investment banker by profession. He has over thirty years of experience in the fields of investment banking, strategic management, Treasury management, Financial analysis and valuations, and Fund Management. He worked as the Chief Executive of uniSecurities GH. Limited until 2016, having had prior working experience as the Head of Operations with SIC Financial Services Limited. Dr. Kusi also worked as a General Manager at SDC Finance after working with NTHC Limited as Head of Corporate Finance & Research. His work experience include a seven-year stint with Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) as a Corporate Planning officer and later as Deputy Head of Treasury.
He served as Board member on Bank of Ghana Board and was also the Committee chairman for Auditing and a committee member of the Strategic Planning & Budget of the Bank until 2017. Dr. Kusi also served as a Board member on the Board of UMB Bank. He holds a PhD in Finance (Financial Economics) from the University for Graduate Studies-Monarch Business School, Switzerland, a M.Sc. Banking & Finance from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, a Master of Business Administration from London South Bank University, and a B.Sc. Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. He is a Certified Treasury Analyst and has a number of publications to his credit.
Oliver is a Chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Cape Coast, an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and an LLB from the University of London.
With over 21 years of experience in the insurance sector, Oliver has spent 15 years in senior management roles within the Ghanaian insurance industry. He is a seasoned insurance practitioner and a business leader, dedicated to professional growth through participation in various insurance and business leadership courses across the UK, South Africa, Morocco, Kenya, and Togo.
Prior to joining Millennium Insurance Company Limited, Oliver served as the Chief Operating Officer of Provident Insurance Company Limited.
Daniel Boateng Ansong is a Fellow of the Institute Chartered Accountants Ghana. Heholds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration Degree in Finance and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with Economics from the University of Ghana. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of ABG Consult, a firm of Practicing Accountants and Business Advisers.
Daniel started his professional career with Pannel Kerr Forster (PKF) and subsequently joined Merchant Bank (now Universal Merchant Bank) and rose to become the Head of Treasury. He also worked with Intercity STC Company Limited as a Finance Manager and moved on to Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) as the Deputy Administrator responsible for Administration, Investment and Finance.
He has garnered over thirty (30) years working experience in Administration, Finance,Treasury and Risk Management, Auditing, Taxation, Banking and has had leadership experience at the Board level in both private and public sectors. He has been licensed as a Trustee by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) and serves on GIMPA Pensions Schemes as an independent member. He serves on two Audit Committees of two Public Sector Institutions.
Ruth Anson is a seasoned marketer with over 26 years of experience. She currently serves as the General Manager of Mandilas Ghana Limited, a leading Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) company operating in Ghana and Nigeria. Reporting directly to the Board and the Group CEO, Ruth aligns the business unit with strategic goals and oversees planning, compliance, business development, and administration.
Previously, she was the CEO of Credit Mall Limited, where she successfully doubled sales within her first year and developed a business plan that remains in use today. Under her leadership, Credit Mall served over 250,000 teachers nationwide, providing essential consumer credit for various products.
Before Credit Mall, Ruth spent over six years in the insurance industry, starting as Marketing Manager at Unique Insurance Company, where she established the Marketing Department and led it to numerous awards, including the Ghana Club 100. She played a key role in significantly increasing premium income during her tenure.
Ruth has also contributed to the security printing sector, leading a successful bid for parliamentary ballot paper printing in 2000.
An accomplished professional with strong interpersonal skills, Ruth excels in promoting customer relationships and enhancing team performance.
She holds an MBA from the University of Stirling and a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Science from the University of Science and Technology.
Ruth is passionate about interior decorating, event planning, and landscaping.
She is married and has two children.
