Oliver is a Chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Cape Coast, an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and an LLB from the University of London.

With over 21 years of experience in the insurance sector, Oliver has spent 15 years in senior management roles within the Ghanaian insurance industry. He is a seasoned insurance practitioner and a business leader, dedicated to professional growth through participation in various insurance and business leadership courses across the UK, South Africa, Morocco, Kenya, and Togo.

Prior to joining Millennium Insurance Company Limited, Oliver served as the Chief Operating Officer of Provident Insurance Company Limited.

Mary is a Chartered Insurer, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana. She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree(LLB) from the Faculty of Law GIMPA, an Executive Masters in Business Administration (Marketing Option) from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana.

Mary has over twenty-five (25) years’ experience in Insurance and Reinsurance Underwriting, Claims management and Extensive Commercial experience in the insurance Industry, 18 years of which has been in Middle and Top Management positions, and has carried out numerous assignments in these areas.

Prior to joining Millennium Insurance Company Limited, she worked at Donewell Insurance Company Limited where she was the Ag. General Manager, Technical and a member of the Executive Committee with direct oversight over Underwriting, Claims Management and Information Technology Services.

Kennedy is a Chartered Accountant with membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana (CITG), where he currently serve as a Council member. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Leicester, UK. He’s also a product of the University of Cape Coast where he studied Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Education. Ken has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the management of Finance and Administration. This has seen him work as the Finance Manager of Blue Sky Ghana Ltd and the Financial Controller of Opportunity International Savings and Loans Ltd. Prior to his appointment with Millennium Insurance Company Ltd, Ken was the Chief Finance Officer of Wapic Insurance (Ghana) Ltd.

Akwasi Appau Bimpeh is the Claims Manager at Millennium Insurance Company Limited, where he leads the claims department in delivering efficient, fair and customer-focused claims processing. With over 10 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry, Akwasi has built a reputation for her deep expertise in claims management, dispute resolution, and customer service excellence.

At Millennium Insurance Company Limited, he oversees the end-to-end claims process, ensuring that claims are handled promptly and accurately. He is dedicated to improving claims procedures through continuous process optimization and by integrating innovative technologies that enhance the customer experience.

Akwasi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon and is a certified Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) both in the UK and Ghana.

Samuel Menyah Asah-Kissiedu is the Head of Information Technology (IT) at Millennium Insurance Company Limited, where he is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology strategy to drive innovation and operational excellence.

With over 15 years of experience in IT leadership within the insurance sector, Samuel brings a deep understanding of how technology can enhance business performance, streamline processes and improve customer service. He is very passionate about leveraging technology to create seamless, secure and customer-centric solutions that support the company’s growth.

His leadership has been instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives that have streamlined processes and improved customer service experience in the company.

Samuel holds a BSc. Computer Engineering degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA in ICT Management from the CASS European Institute of Management Studies, Luxembourg. He also has Professional Certificates in Strategic Information Systems and Analysis as well as Enterprise System Software and Business Architecture from the Metropolitan School of Business Management, UK.

Sophia Abaya – Gbordzi holds a BSc. Agriculture (Economics Option) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Diploma in Business Administration from Barnet College, UK and MA. International Business from London Metropolitan University. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners, Ghana.

She has valuable experience in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Customer Service, Administration and Finance.
Prior to her employment with Millennium in 2011, she served in high ranking positions as HR Manager and then Finance Manager at City-Link Aviation Limited.

Daniel Yao Amuyao is the Head of Underwriting of Millennium Insurance Company Limited.

Before joining Millennium, he was the General Manager of iRisk Management Limited after he resigned from Crown Insurance Brokers Limited as the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager.

Daniel is a Chartered Insurer with certification from the Chartered Insurance Institutes (UK). He has been working in the Ghanaian insurance market for the past (9) years.

He holds a Master Degree in Democracy, Governance, Law and Development. He also had his First Degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon.

He enjoys playing football, singing, watching movies and peer counselling. Prior to taking up the role of Underwriting Head, he was the Branch Manager for Koforidua.

Edem is a Full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Ghana) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He holds a Professional Certificate in Marketing (CIM UK), MBA in Oil & Gas Management (Coventry University, UK) and Bachelor of Science Administration Degree (Marketing Option from the Central University College of Ghana.

Edem’s 17 years’ experience in diverse fields and capacities traversed venturing into unexploited territories including creating new markets; building sustainable CRM systems; designing and implementing marketing strategies for the promotion of goods and services; planning, directing, and coordinating marketing policies and programmes. The art of profiling risk (Risk Assessment) and providing best fit business and insurance advice are key competences which he applies to any given opportunity.

Preceding joining the MIC Team, Edem supported marketing activities at Wapic Insurance Company Limited in different roles. Prior to assuming the position as the Marketing Manager, he was Senior Marketing Officer and Assistant Marketing Manager with marketing activities under his supervision.

As the insurance industry adapts to new challenges and changing consumer expectations, Edem believes marketers need to stay flexible and open to new ways of doing business and must work together to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of ideas and then develop ways to implement the best concepts into actions.

Terry Laryea Amartey is a seasoned Business Analytics, Risks & Reinsurance Professional with over 10 years of experience in driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights. Currently the Business Analytics, Risks & Reinsurance Manager at Millennium Insurance Company Limited, Terry has a proven ability to optimize business processes, mitigate risks, and enhance profitability. His expertise spans advanced data analytics, risk assessment, reinsurance solutions, and effective communication of complex findings to stakeholders.

Terry holds a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast. He is also certified as an Associate in Risk Management from The Institute. Throughout his career, Terry has successfully led cross-functional teams, negotiated favorable reinsurance contracts, and implemented tailored solutions that align with industry standards, making him a valuable asset in the insurance and risk management sector.

Kwame Appiahene Bonsu holds an MSc Industrial Finance and Investment and BSc Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, currently pursuing Diploma in Insurance at Ghana Insurance College. He has close to ten years of experience in branch network Operations, Sales and Agency Management in the Insurance Industry with skills in Leadership, Management, and Insurance.

He is competitive, enthusiastic and a well-organized archiver with excellent practical Sales and Marketing skills haven risen through the ranks. He joined Millennium Insurance in 2018 after holding a similar position at Equity Assurance for five years.

Franklin is a chartered insurer with Chartered Institute of Ghana. He holds an MSc in Insurance and Business Continuity with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MA in Marketing Strategy with the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Banking and Finance from the Pentecost University.

Franklin has over a decade experience in insurance, underwriting, Broker relations and Business Coordination for Captive Markets. Prior to joining Millennium Insurance Company Limited, he worked at Vodafone Business Solutions as a Business Account Manager.

Franklin Hushie is currently the Head of Branch in Tema overseeing a young and vibrant team.

Playing Football and mentoring the youth are areas of interest for Franklin Hushie.

Noah Ofosu Nkansah holds MBA Finance from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and BA Economics (Sociology minor) from the University of Ghana.He also holds a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII-UK), and currently pursuing Diploma in Insurance at the Ghana Insurance College.

He has over a decade experience in Underwriting, Claims management, Marketing and Branch Operations.

His career started from Donewell Insurance in 2012 where he was a Client Relations Officer responsible for the Akim Oda office. In 2014, he joined Metropolitan Insurance (Now Hollard Insurance) as an underwriting officer, rising through the ranks and taking on additional responsibilities in claims and agency management.

In 2022, Noah joined Millennium Insurance as the Branch Manager for Takoradi. He is driven by a growth mindset and a passion for excellence.
