Samuel is an ICT Professional with twelve(12) years’ experience in this space. He holds a BSc. Computer Engineering degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA in ICT Management from the CASS European Institute of Management Studies, Luxembourg. He also has Professional Certificates in Strategic Information Systems and Analysis as well as Enterprise System Software And Business Architecture from the Metropolitan School of Business Management, UK.

He is a Member of the International Institute of Business Analysts and a Professional Member of the Ghana Institute of ICT Professionals.

Samuel started his association with insurance with Donewell Insurance in 2009. In mid-2011, he set out on his own when he teamed up with young equally high spirited IT professionals to develop the first ever Audio Conferencing Platform in Ghana, Forum Audio Conferencing now called MTN Audio Conferencing.

He was Products Manager of Forum Networks Limited until he joined Millennium in August, 2012.
