Prof. Kwame Boasiako Omane-Antwi

Prof. Kwame Boasiako Omane-Antwi is the Vice Rector and Dean of the Graduate School, Pentecost University College, Ghana. He is a Chartered Accountant trained by Pannell Kerr Forster, now PKF and a Chartered Tax Practitioner. He holds a PhD in Accounting, Professional Doctorate in Taxation, MA in Accounting Education and he is alumnus of Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, UK.

Kwame has published eight (8) textbooks, 45 refereed articles, 70 conference papers and has attended several Executive Education programs including Corporate Finance Management, Harvard Business School, 1993, Management, International Negotiations and Leadership Studies, Yale School of Management, 1995. His areas of expertise are Accounting and Finance, Audit and Assurance, Taxation, Fraud Examination and Knowledge Management. Kwame is the Board Chairman of the Pentecost Hospital, New Times Corporation, Graduate School of Governance and Leadership, Diamond Finance Company Limited and a Member of Jubail Hospital and IVF Centre.
