Mrs. Gloria Boafo-Arthur Benneh is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of the Jospong Group of Companies Limited. She is a practicing lawyer with over 17 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial law, Governance, Industrial Relations, Risk Management, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Mrs. Boafo-Arthur Benneh joined the Group in 2010 and has over the years developed widespread knowledge in strategic and analytical skills in dealing with legal issues in the outlined areas.

She began her legal profession at Apex Law Consult, Akosombo Chambers as an Associate. She later joined Procredit Savings and Loans and later joined the Jospong Group of Companies.

Gloria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law.

She has MBA in Governance and Leadership from the University of Professional Studies as well as Professional Executive Masters in ADR and Mediation. She is also a certified Mortgage Lender and Advisor.
